Potomac Video/Data wireless transmission system is a point-to-multipoint broadband access and data transmission product. It supports multiple bandwidth allocations, supports a central hub to connect up to 16 hosts. With the flat system structure design, it meets the requirements of long-range video feed in all sorts of scenarios, featuring strong anti-interference ability, low delay, low power consumption, rich interfaces and real time recording.

Automatic Frequency Control:

After power on, the video/data transmission system will try to deploy the network with the pre-stored frequency points before the last shutdown. If the pre-stored frequency points are not suitable for network deployment, it will automatically try to use other available frequency points for network deployment. If the network is successfully deployed and there is no loss of synchronization, the operating frequency will remain unchanged.

If the central hub is out of synchronization, it will automatically re-select the frequency point for network deployment. if the access node is out of synchronization, it will initiate a new network search process until a new available frequency point is found for access.

 

Automatic Power Control:

The central hub uses the maximum rated transmission power, and the transmission power of the access node is automatically adjusted and controlled with the signal quality.

 

Bandwidth Configuration:

Supports 1.4M, 3M, 5M, 10M, 20M bandwidth.

 

Transmission Distance:

Potomac Video/Data wireless transmission system supports the software to limit the distance, you need to choose the appropriate version of 3~150km according to the actual application scenario.

 

Interface Parameters and Indicator Lights:

From the Left:
Master-slave indicator light: always on when the device is in the master state, flashing when the device is in the slave state.
Ethernet communication indicator 2: After power on, it will flash several times quickly for self-test. During normal operation, it will flash according to the data flow.
Ethernet communication indicator 1: After the device is powered on, it will flash several times quickly for self-test. During normal operation, it will flash according to the data flow.
Signal strength indicator: green→yellow→red→dark off, the signal strength changes from strong to weak, the device loses connection with the master/slave if turn off.
Power indicator: When it is on, the device is powered normally.
